I just finished 3 custom dolls from Nintendo Land! They were a challenge but in the process I learned about fabric dyeing (I just couldn’t find the right shade of felt)

Here’s some trial and error colors… I needed a blue-ish grey, or a grey-ish blue shade

 

Here’s what the character should like…he’s called Wizzrobe

I made the red one with greyish robes, the picture on the right shows his wings a bit more clearly…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here’s the felt pieces drying after being dyed, already cut to the shapes I’ll need for the wings and skirt

And here he is partly assembled…
